Contact

StillWAVE maintains structured pathways for meaningful engagement. We read all correspondence and respond thoughtfully.

Approach

Contact Philosophy

We believe contact should be meaningful. A generic contact form invites generic messages. Instead, we offer structured pathways suited to different purposes.

We read everything sent to us. We cannot respond to everything, but we give genuine consideration to all correspondence. When we do respond, we aim to be substantive rather than merely polite.

If you are unsure which route to use, General Contact is always appropriate. We will direct your message to the right place.

Guidelines

What to Include

Help us respond effectively by including relevant context.

Clear, specific messages receive better responses. Let us know who you are, what you are interested in, and what you are asking for.

If you are referencing specific StillWAVE materials, mention them by name. If you have relevant background or context, share it briefly.

We appreciate directness. Do not feel you need to be overly formal or elaborate. Say what you mean clearly.

A good message includes:

  • Your name and relevant affiliation
  • Clear statement of purpose
  • Specific question or proposal
  • Relevant background (brief)
  • Any time constraints
